Shipping Information.
Shipping costs are £5 per order. Our prints are shipped in reinforced postal tubes to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
At present, we ship to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom (UK) and United States (US).
With the exception of some of our limited run Riso prints, the majority of prints are printed on demand.
This is great for the environment, as we only print items that have been sold.
But it does mean that it will typically take 2-3 days for us to ship your order.
If the order is urgent, please do get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to expedite things for you.
Returns.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your item’s shipped date, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 30 days of your order’s shipping date, clearly stating the reason for your return.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also returned in the original packaging.
Because prints are created to order, we can only offer returns if the item is defective.
